近日，IAA国际建筑奖（The International Architecture Awards）公布了2025年最终获奖名单。据官网数据统计，本届国建建筑奖共185个项目获得大奖，其中中国项目42个，占比22%。

由POA设计的凤凰绿谷（Phoenix Green Valley ）项目荣获2025 IAA国际建筑奖—综合用途建筑（Mixed Use Buildings ）类别大奖（Winners）。
